Romeoville Culver's To Reopen Friday

The restaurant website said the Weber Road location closed temporarily.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — A Romeoville eatery closed its doors on Sunday, but don't worry — it's only temporary. According to the restaurant's website, Culver's, 485 485 N. Weber Road, will be closed through Friday, Jan. 19, for renovations. The restaurant is set to re-open at 10 a.m. Friday.

"We are re-imagining to serve you better," the restaurant said on its website. "Culver's of Romeoville will be closed at 2 p.m. on January 14 through January 18. Join us January 19 for our reopening! Thanks for your patience during our remodel."

The eatery will celebrate its 14th anniversary on March 15. In 2012, Patch profiled Culver's as owners Ron and Debbie Dalrymple got ready to celebrate the restaurant's eighth anniversary. At the time Ron Dalrymple said he was previously in the car wash business but decided to open a Culver's because he liked the fresh, quality ingredients and and pride the company takes in its food.

"What I enjoyed is that I could taste the quality. I said, 'That's what we want to be a part of,'" he told Patch at the time. The Weber Road location has been recognized for its excellence as part of the Culver's Crew Challenge for the past five years.
