Romeoville Fire Department Plans Drive-Thru Event, Blood Drive

The socially distant drive-thru event will be held on Oct. 2 for National Fire Prevention Week.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — The Romeoville Fire Department will hold a socially distant drive-thru event on Oct. 2 as part of National Fire Prevention Week.

The first 100 vehicles at the event, which will be held from 9 a.m. to noon at fire station 3 at 698 N. Birch Lane, will receive fire safety promotional items, according to the Village.

There will also be a blood drive in the parking lot during the event. The Versiti Blood Mobile will be available from 9 a.m. to noon, and you can schedule an appointment via email at cljohnson@versiti.org, calling 734-755-7245 or online.
