Romeoville to Hold Open House on Weber, I-55 Interchange Improvements

ROMEOVILLE, IL — The Village of Romeoville will hold an open house Thursday regarding the Weber and I-55 Interchange improvements.

“The Weber Road and I-55 Improvements will greatly enhance the traffic congestion in this area. As this project will impact many travelers, it is important to host meetings such as this to provide information on the improvements, expected schedule and answer any questions the public may have,” said Will County Board Member Don Moran in a news release.

IDOT and County officials will be present to review plans and answer questions on the project. The project limits extend along Weber Road from 119th Street north of the interchange to 135th Street to the south and 1/2 mile east and west of Weber Road along I-55.

The Open House will be held Thursday, Oct. 27 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Romeoville Village Hall, located at 1050 W. Romeo Rd. in Romeoville.
