Romeoville Holiday Parade Steps Off Dec. 2

Santa and Buddy the Elf will be riding through Romeoville as they make their way to the Holiday Lights Festival.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — As part of this year's Holiday Lights Festival, the Holiday Parade will step off at 4 p.m. Dec. 2 in Romeoville.

Santa and Buddy the Elf will be riding through Romeoville as they make their way to Village Hall to join the festival, according to the Village website. After the two are dropped off, the parade will continue to go through Romeoville.

The parade will depart from Fire Station No. 3, 698 N. Birch Lane, head down Normantown Road, turn on Montrose Road, to Belmont Drive, to 135th Street. Santa will be dropped off at the festival at Village Hall, 1050 W. Romeo Road, while the parade continues to Grand Boulevard, down Weber Road, to Taylor Road, to Wesglen Parkway, Honeysuckle Drive, Poppy Drive, Daisy Circle, Lilac Drive, Amaryllis Drive, Richfield Trail, Richmond Drive, Sierra Trail, Budler Road and Weslake Parkway.

The Holiday Lights Festival will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Dec. 2 and Dec. 3, including a tree lighting at 5 p.m. Dec. 2.
