Romeoville to Host Free-Throw Contest

The Romeoville Recreation Department will host its annual free throw contest for ages 5 to 18 from 10 a.m. to noon Monday, March 2, at the rec center, 900 W. Romeo Road. The event coincides with a free day for Valley View students for Casimir Pulaski Day.

Kids are invited to see if they have what it takes to become the 2015 free-throw champ for their grade. Trophies will be awarded to top finishers in each grade level, and all participants will get pizza and drinks.

Fees are $6 for residents and $8 for non-residents. For more information call 815-886-6222.
