Romeoville Man Charged with Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault

A Romeoville man has been charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, according to the Lemont Police Department.

Thomas Bull, 41, of the 800 block of Old Romeo Road in Romeoville was arrested May 13.

My Suburban Life reports that the sexual assault victim was a girl between the ages of 8 and 12 and was known to Bull.

Lemont Police Sgt. Thad Mezyk said the assault occurred between January and June 2014 and the victim recently came forward.

Bull is being held on $1 million bond and will next appear in court June 11.
