Romeoville Man Shot to Death in Chicago Home

CHICAGO, IL — A Romeoville man was shot to death in Chicago Sunday and police are saying witnesses are being uncooperative.

Daniel Delgado, 33, of the 300 block of Heritage Parkway, was shot to death inside a home in the 5500 block of South Spaulding at around 4:30 p.m., according to a report from the Chicago Sun-Times. Someone walked up and shot him in the left thigh.

He was pronounced dead just minutes later at Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, according to the report.

His death has been ruled a homicide.
