Romeoville Man Sold Heroin Laced With Fentanyl To Cop: Sheriff
Police say the 41-year-old sold the drug to an undercover officer on several occasions.

KANE COUNTY, IL — A Romeoville man is being held on $500,000 bond after police in Kane County say he repeatedly sold heroin — sometimes laced with fentanyl — to an undercover officer. Police said Ronald Doss, 41, of the 1600 block of Richfield Trail, sold the drug to the undercover cop on three separate occasions, selling a total of 76 grams of the drug with an estimated street value of $5,000 to police.
Testing showed some of the heroin sold to the officer contained fentanyl.
The Kane County Sheriff's Office said Doss was arrested July 25 by deputies along with the members of the Kane County Heroin Initiative Task Force.
