Romeoville Recreation Softball Registration Begins

Registration is under way now for the Romeoville Recreation Department's 5U (girls that turn 5 before May 1) and 7U (girls that turn 7 before May 1) softball leagues. The deadline to sign up is March 15.

5U players will learn the game of softball without the added pressure of playing with boys. 

Girls in the 7U league will further develop the skills they need to be successful in the game of softball and the confidence needed to excel in the 8U Kid-Pitch format.

Cost to register for the 5U league (code 13W703) is $79 for residents and $94 for non-residents. 7U registration (code 13W704) is $89 for residents and $104 for non-residents.

In both leagues, the girls will receive uniforms, trophies, and plenty of other goodies. Practices will begin the first week of April.

Volunteer coaches are always needed. The first coaches' meeting is at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, March 15.
