Play is Dec. 4 to 6 at Lukancic Middle School.

The Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come (Sam Koeppl) points out the way to the future for Ebenezer Scrooge (Bryan Croce) in the Lukancic Middle School production of “A Christmas Carol” (Chicago style) on stage Dec. 4-6. Submitted by Valley View School District:

The Lukancic Drama Club proudly brings its own version of Charles Dickens’ Holiday classic “A Christmas Carol” to the stage at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 4-6.

Lukancic students will bring Scrooge and everybody’s favorite holiday cast to life as only they can do it…Chicago style. This unique adaptation stars the familiar characters of old in a modern tale set in our very own Chicago, featuring students shining both as actors on stage, as well as painting and moving set pieces and running the show’s large array of lighting and sound effects.
