ROMEOVILLE, IL — The Village of Romeoville is sponsoring an Operation Christmas program for the holiday season. The program assists families in need in the community, and residents can also "adopt" a family through Operation Christmas, the Village said.

If you are in need of assistance, you can register your family by Nov. 18. According to the Village, those who have been assisted through the program at least three times in the past five years will be placed on a waiting list.

"Determination as to their assistance this year will be made once donors and funds have been received for the program," according to the village website.
