Teens Arrested After Car Crashes into Garage
17-year-old driver did not have a valid license, police said.

Two teenagers were arrested Monday after one of them lost control of a vehicle, crashing into the attached garage of a home, police said.
Bolingbrook police responded to a crash involving a 17-year-old female driver at 10:58 a.m. The teen allegedly lost control while heading north on Ashbury Avenue, crashing into the garage of a home in the 900 block and causing extensive damage, police said.
The driver, a Woodridge resident, was cited for numerous traffic offenses, in addition to being arrested on a charge of driving without a valid license, according to police.

A passenger in the vehicle, an 18-year-old male from Romeoville, was taken into custody on a valid warrant, police said.
The home was inspected by the Bolingbrook building department and deemed safe, according to police.

Police said no injuries were reported in the crash.
