Thief Steals Booze, Moisturizer: Romeoville Blotter

Retail theft

At around 6:31 p.m. Feb.8, someone stole several bottles of moisturizer and a bottle of liquor worth $91.41 from a business in the 600 block of South Weber Road.

Someone stole several packages of cold tablets worth $20.37 from a business in the 400 block of North Weber Road at around 8:20 p.m. Feb. 9.

Someone stole a shirt and pair of shoes from a retail store in the 200 block of South Weber Road at around 10:07 a.m. Feb. 13. The items were worth $77.99.

Burglary

A vehicle was burglarized at around 8:32 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 600 block of Wild Indigo. The suspect entered the parked vehicle and stole a pouch containing an unknown amount of money.

At around 5:07 p.m. Feb. 11, someone burglarized a property under renovation in the 500 block of Arlington, stealing several tools, wire and copper tubing worth an estimated total of $1,060.

Someone entered an unlocked car in the 1400 block of Windflower Court at around 6:16 p.m. Feb. 13 and ransacked it, but didn't appear to steal anything.

Criminal defacement

Someone spray-painted the sidewalk and several traffic signs in the area of Arlington and Kingston on Feb. 11.
