Valley View School District 365U will be represented by four individuals and a relay team at next weekend’s IHSA boys state track championships.
Bolingbrook High School senior Jaylan McConico took home a pair of first place victories in the 100 meter high hurdles and the 300 meter intermediate hurdles at Friday’s Downers Grove North sectional.

Senior BHS teammate Justin Rivers won the shot put, while Romeoville High School senior Voctor Osinloye was first in discus.
BHS sophomore Shawn Showalter qualified in both the 200 meter dash (3rd) and the 100 meter dash (4th) and the BHS 4x200 meter relay team made it to state, finishing 2nd at sectionals.
