Valley View Board Members to Interview Vacancy Candidates Nov. 21

ROMEOVILLE, IL — The regularly-scheduled Valley View School District 365U Board of Education meeting on Monday, Nov. 14 has been canceled. Instead, a special board meeting has been scheduled for 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 21, according to a news release from the district.

Following the call to order on Nov. 21, board members will adjourn into executive session to interview candidates for the vacancy on the board created by the resignation of Chrystal Hansen, who has moved out of the district.

The board will return to public session at 7 p.m. (or later if the executive session lasts longer) to conduct business that was scheduled for the Nov. 14 meeting. Board members also hope to appoint someone to fill the vacancy.

The meeting will be held at the Administration Center, 755 Dalhart Ave. Romeoville.
