Valley View Offering Free Breakfast, Lunch Program

Valley View School District 365U will conduct a Summer Food Service Program, providing a free meal to ANY child 18 and under.

Free breakfast will be offered weekdays June 8 to July 20 except for July 4 from 8:40 to 9 a.m. and free lunch from 11:40 to noon at Hermansen Elementary School, 101 WesGlen Parkway, Romeoville; Pioneer Elementary School, 1470 Raven Drive, Bolingbrook; and Jonas Salk Elementary School, 500 King Arthur Way, Bolingbrook.

Free breakfast will be offered from 9:00 to 9:20 a.m. weekdays June 6-July 1 (no lunch available at this site) at Valley View Early Childhood Center, 755 Dalhart Drive, Romeoville.

Free breakfast from 7:45-8:00 a.m. and free lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. will be offered weekdays June 20 - July 18 at Bolingbrook High School, 365 Raider Way, Bolingbrook.

Anyone 18 years or younger wishing to partake in the free summer meal program must simply go to the main office at any of the sites to obtain a free meal. The meal must be eaten in the main office conference room. No portion of the meal may leave the main office, per Illinois State Board of Education regulation.
