Volunteers Needed For Workday At Prairie Nature Preserve

ROMEOVILLE, IL — The Forest Preserve District of Will County will host several upcoming volunteer workdays, including one at the Romeoville Prairie Nature Preserve in Romeoville. According to the preserve, the natural resource management workdays allow participants to improve the environment.

Volunteer workdays are planned Oct. 28 at Romeoville Prairie Nature Preserve. Volunteers should park at Isle a la Cache, and the workday will run from 8 a.m. to noon.

An RSVP for the Forest Preserve District's volunteer workdays is required for all individuals and groups. You can call Emily Kenny at 815-722-7364 or email ekenny@fpdwc.org.
