Wanted Man Facing Cocaine, Gun and Money Laundering Charges Catches New Coke Case

The new charge bumps the wanted man's bond up to near $500,000.

A wanted man tied to a money-laundering plot caught a new cocaine case.

Richard Conley, 26, was charged with the unlawful delivery of cocaine. The warrant for his arrest carries a $175,000 bond.

Conley already had a $300,000 warrant out for his arrest. The Romeoville police were after Conley and looking to charge him with money laundering, possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, and possession of a firearm without an owner’s identification card.

Conley’s girlfriend, Nancy Thang, 26, was arrested last month on a money-laundering charge in connection with the same case.

Conley was allegedly packing a Bersa pistol and planned on dealing more than 15 grams of cocaine. He and Thang were charged with money laundering for allegedly transporting more than $10,000 from their home.

Thang was released from jail after posting 10 percent of a $30,000 bond. Her attorney, Paul Napolski, got the bond reduced from $250,000 hours before she got out.
