Who's Running for the Valley View School Board?

With four spots up for grabs on the Valley View Community Unit School District 365-U Board of Education, and all four incumbents are seeking re-election, according to the Will County Clerk's Office's final candidate list. Six additional candidate are seeking spots on the board.

The ballot will include:

• Incumbent Daniel J. Falese of Bolingbrook, first elected to the board in 2013
• Sally (Clemens) Guilbo of Romeoville
• Incumbent Deborah Sykora of Bolingbrook, first elected in 2013
• Incumbent Victor D. Zack of Romeoville, appointed to the board in 2016
• Sinatra Strong of Bolingbrook
• Kokeith Perry of Bolingbrook
• Natale Garofalo of Bolingbrook
• Vickie Sutterlin of Bolingbrook
• Incumbent Elizabeth "Liz" Campbell if Bolingbrook, first elected in 1997
• Charlotte A. Droogan of Bolingbrook

The consolidated election is set for April 4.

Feb. 23 is the first day vote by mail ballots can be mailed in Will County and the first day of early voting. March 7 is the last day to register to vote in person or by mail, and March 19 is the last day to register online.
