Anti-Bullying Seminar Offered in Minooka

TM Martial Arts is offering a free anti-bullying seminar on Wednesday, March 30 at noon at 633 West Mondamin Street in Minooka for kids ages 7-13 years old, according to a press release from the martial arts studio.

The seminar is an “engaging and fast-paced presentation with proven anti-bullying techniques and entertaining demonstrations,” according to the release. “Our anti-bully seminars raise awareness, improve morale and teach valuable life lessons that give your students the confidence to prevent bullying at school.”

The seminar will include: define bullying and harassment, appropriate responses to bullying and bystander action/group mentality.

The free seminar will last approximately one hour and is taught by a C.O.B.R.A. self-defense certified instructor, according to the studio.
