Applicable experience that qualifies you for the position: Served as a village trustee for over 17 years and chairwoman of the parks and recreation committee.

• What is the primary reason you are running for office?

Mostly to continue our capital improvement projects for the village and for the village’s parks. The parks are very special to me. It’s just a really good feeling to see the kids using the parks.

• What will be your single most important priority if you get elected?

Just to continue to represent the residents fairly and objectively.

My experience.

40 years.

• What is your favorite thing about Shorewood?

Everything. I’m serious. Everything.

• What is the biggest problem in Shorewood?

A year ago I would have said 59 was under construction. But now that that has opened up, I would say the economy.
