Concession Stand Manager

We are a community baseball organization that operates our own Concession stand Shorewood. Seeking a general manager that will run the show. You must be honest, responsible, and a go-getter who will run this business as if it were your own. It is an hourly-based Part-time position. Experience in this industry is a must as well as an individual food license for consideration. This may be a great fit if you are; •Excellent at managing several employees •Communication is second nature •Professionalism is your middle name •Experienced in the food service industry •Able to multi-task •Physically fit and willing to roll up your sleeves •Computer literate •Smart about business •A licensed driver Duties include but are not limited to: General management of employees, including scheduling, oversight, and payroll. A to Z responsibility for food stand set-up, operation, and breakdown. Ensuring that concession area, equipment and storage facilities are sanitary, neat and organized. Monitor inventory movement, email correspondence and follow up paperwork. Behind the scenes ordering, shopping, pick up, inventory, and spreadsheets. End of night cash balancing.
