There have always been a lot of problems with Monday Night Football.
There was Dennis Miller, those inane sideline reporters, Giff, and so many of the games turn out to be clunkers not worth watching, even on a Monday night.
But the worst part of Monday Night Football was that stupid song they played at the beginning. And that stupid song is finally gone, thanks to the guy who sang it calling the president "Hitler" and "the enemy."

Those statements were a big deal, since apparently a lot of people care what some dope in a cowboy hat (well, to be fair, for his Hitler interview he was wearing a baseball cap with the University of Alabama's logo on it, which might even be worse) has to say about politics.
Whatever. We don't care who this guy calls Hitler. We're just glad we don't have to change the channel anymore to avoid hearing his song before the game. It's a victory. A small victory, but a victory all the same.

A local teen was arrested three times in nine months — once on a felony — after the cops reportedly stopped him for driving without a rear registration light. We hope he takes care of that light before Shorewood's finest pounce on him a fourth time.
Kardashian Kollection Kaper
A Shorewood woman got caught boosting Kardashian Kollection clothes from the Sears in the Louis mall, police said.
ThursdayKurt who?
Mayor Rick Chapman revealed that he made an offer to the city manager of Princeton to replace former Shorewood Village Administrator Kurt Carroll, who skipped out to make more money working for New Lenox. The village board must still approve the hiring of new Village Administrator Jeff Fiegenschuh before it is official.
