You know you're town is the best town when you start losing your sewer grates.

Well, we already knew Shorewood was the best town even before the sewer grates started disappearing, but this just confirms it. We're the best!

Apparently Kohl's thinks Shorewood is the kind of town that's going to wait around a year for them to get their act together. Mayor Rick Chapman's going to give them a call in a couple days to see if they might speed things up a bit.
