Kevin E. Barber, Jr., 36, of the 200 block of 4th Ave. in Joliet, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence, driving while license restricted, no insurance and improper lane usage. The incident occurred at Black Rd. and River Rd.
Feb. 20
Jeremy M. Durr, 23, of the 300 block of Hickory Ave. in Romeoville, was charged with battery. The incident occurred in the 700 block of W. Jefferson St.
Ileana Leyva, 25, of the 300 block of Hickory Ave. in Romeoville, was charged with battery. The incident occurred in the 700 block of W. Jefferson St.
Feb. 21
Michael C. Loy, of the 4100 block of Cummins in Plano, was charged with driving under the influence, driving while license suspended, speeding and improper lane usage. The incident occurred at Earl Rd. and W. Jefferson.
