Classical pianist Floyd Andrew

Classical pianist Floyd Andrew will perform for residents and the public at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, in the Grand Ballroom at The Timbers of Shorewood retirement community, 1100 N. River Rd, Shorewood, IL.

Known as “Mr. Showman,” Andrew performs standards including Broadway show tunes, movie theme songs, nostalgic classics, and music from times gone by. He has performed across the United States and Canada, including at the Special Olympics and the Toronto Winter Fest. Andrew holds a Licentiate from Trinity College of Music in London, England.

The Timbers of Shorewood is a rental retirement community which provides independent living and assisted living apartments and a full schedule of activities and services. Furnished apartments are also available for a short-term stay - a weekend, a week, a month or longer.
