As Winston Churchill said on August 20, 1940, "Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few." As a friendly reminder of the true importance of this weekend, I'd like to remind everyone that Shorewood will be holding a brief ceremony Monday at our new Veteran's Memorial, located at One Town Center Blvd at 09:30 AM. Many of the "few" we thank are forever known to all by reading their names and service from the memorial's foundational bricks.
