The Roads that Lead to Lincoln

This program will look at the commercial abuses of Lincoln's name, likeness and legacy.

Lincoln's path from his family subsistence farm, the growth of his legal and political careers and how those careers influenced his legal and political careers as well as the rise of Illinois as the crossroads of the nation will be examined.

Also included in the program is how the nation mourned Lincoln's passing and the Lincoln Funeral Train.

The program will also look at the connection of Lincoln and his families to cities and villages along Route 66, the Great River Road and the Lincoln Highway.
