This Channahon Park District event will teach attendees how to cook a multi-course meal.
The menu will include crispy shrimp fritters with remoulade; roasted pear, goat cheese and candied walnut salad; horseradish-crusted pork tenderloin; and warm chocolate bread pudding.
Cocktails for tasting will include the Be Mine Mojito; Valen-tini; Chocolate Kiss; and Agave Kiss.
