Expect Traffic Delays During Route 59/Black Road Work on Monday: Shorewood Police

A a part of the Route 59 and Black Road lighting project, there will be intermittent power disruptions that will affect traffic-control signals at the intersections of Black Road and Sharp Drive, as well as the north entrance to Home Depot from Black Road, on Monday, Nov. 10, Shorewood police said.

The intersection of Route 59 and Black Road will not be directly affected and the work should begin towards the end of the morning commute, police said.

Police advise residents to plan accordingly for their morning and afternoon commutes because this obviously could disrupt traffic.
