Found Cat

Found a young cat black and brownish grey in the Walnut Trails Subd in Shorewood.  Has been hanging around my house but does not appear to be a stray as it has a collar.  It is very skittish of cars, but not people he sounds like he is crying when he howls for attention.  I don't think it is fixed and has nails.  Text sex of animal and color of collar for info.  It has been around my house for the past few days, can't bring indoors but we have been feeding.  815-585-0459
