Gas Prices: A Short Drive Can Make You Long On Savings
Stock market volatility dropped the price of oil, but not all Shorewood gas stations have followed suit.

The best price in the village for regular gas is at Speedway on Brook Forest Avenue, at $3.699 a gallon. The worst is the BP on Jefferson Street, at $3.899.
The Safeway on Brook Forest is the best price plus a nickel, at $3.749 a gallon. The Shorewood Shell on Jefferson at Houbolt Road remains high at $3.829 per gallon.
