A second officer reportedly arrived and they got Baro to sit down in a lawn chair. But Baro stood up again and pushed the second officer, police said. Baro was then reportedly knocked down and arrested.
The police said they later learned Baro had been drinking with another man and a woman, who was at the house with her 4-year-old child. Baro and the woman passed out, police said, and when they woke up started arguing with each other.
Baro’s bond was set at $60,000.
