Joliet Montessori School Welcomes New Families

Joliet Montessori School welcomes new students for the 2016/2017 school year, and is currently accepting applications at all levels. Joliet Montessori School is a not for profit school located in Crest Hill providing a Montessori education for children ages 18 months through 15 years.

JMS offers many programs to meet every family's needs. Parent toddler classes meet twice a week on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays and take place in 8 week sessions to introduce the Montessori classroom to our youngest students. Primary classrooms for children ages 3-6 years give children the freedom to explore and learn at their own pace with individual lessons that pave the way for a love of learning and independence. Elementary classes for students in 1st through 6th grade deepen the student's desire to learn by following each child's passion. Adolescent students in grades 7-9 take charge of their academic endeavors, volunteer in the community, and manage their own small business. Before and after school care is available to all families throughout the school year beginning at 7:00 AM and continuing through 6:00 PM. Joliet Montessori School was founded in 1966 and has been serving the community for over 50 years.
