JTHS Athletic Teams Receive IHSA Fall 2019 Academic Achievement

Nine Joliet Township High School fall athletic teams were recently awarded the IHSA Team Academic Achievement Award. The award recognizes teams that that maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or higher throughout their respective season. The program is designed to reward teamwork not only in competition, but in the classroom as well.

The Joliet Central High School teams that achieved the IHSA Team Academic Award are Girls Volleyball, Girls Cross Country and Boys Cross Country.

The Joliet West High School teams that achieved the IHSA Team Academic Award are Girls Volleyball, Girls Cross Country and Boys Cross Country.

The Joliet Township High School Co-op Teams that achieved the IHSA Team Academic Achievement Award are Girls Golf, Girls Swim, and Girls Tennis.

JTHS is very proud of our student athletes. The award signifies hard work as a team and in the classroom.
