JTHS Senior Advances to Semifinals in Coca-Cola Scholars Program

Joliet West High School senior Stephanie Lee has advanced as a semifinalist in the Coca-Cola Scholars Program, providing her the opportunity to win a $20,000 scholarship. Lee was chosen as one of nearly 2,200 semifinalists from a pool of over 102,000 applicants from across the country due to her outstanding leadership, academic achievements and dedication to community service.

Lee will now complete the semifinalist candidacy materials. Once the semifinalist applications are reviewed, 250 Regional Finalists will be chosen to continue through the selection process. Regional finalists will then participate in interviews, either in person or via web conference, resulting in the selection of 150 Coca-Cola Scholars to receive a $20,000 scholarship.
