Minor Injuries in I-80 Crashes

Six vehicles were involved in two crashes Tuesday shortly after 4:30 p.m.

The accidents occurred on eastbound I-80 at the Des Plaines River bridge, according to Illinois State Police.

Police said there was a four-vehicle crash and then a two-vehicle crash.

The ISP confirmed that an ambulance was called to the scene for minor injuries.
