Morris Man Walking on Tracks Killed by Train
The man was reportedly wearing headphones and couldn't hear the warning given by the train.

A 20-year-old Morris man was killed shortly after 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 15 after he was struck by a train while walking on the tracks, according to a release from the Grundy County Coroner’s Office.
Grundy County Coroner John Callahan said that a preliminary investigation shows that Zachary Leo Johnston, 20, of Morris, was walking westbound on the tracks in the Liberty Street Crossing.
“Evidence indicates the young man was wearing headphones wired into his phone,” the release said. “According to the engineer, he stated the horn was sounded but the young man never turned around.”
