Relay For Life JOLIET

Relay For Life is an overnight celebration of life and cancer survivorship.  It is a unique team event designed to raise awareness about cancer as well as raise funds for to support the American Cancer Society's mission of eliminating cancer.  After night falls hundreds of luminaria "candles" dedicated to loved ones are set up along the track and are left "burning" throught the night to remind the participants of the importance of their contrinbutions.  Relay For Life Joliet will have food, games and activities to provide entertainment.  This entertainment includes bands, themed laps around the track, teams selling food and other items with the proceeds going directly to the American Cancer Society.  Relay For Life is a fun family friendly environment for the entire community.  Please come by the stadium and check it out!
