Shorewood Trick-Or-Treaters Bound By 2-Hour Limit
The town fathers set the legal trick-or-treating hours during Tuesday night's village board meeting.

Shorewood is particularly stingy in doling out legal trick-or-treating hours, as nearly every other nearby town gives children at least another hour, and in the case of Orland Park, three hours of additional time.
