The 46-year-old woman from Shorewood was also arrested on drug charges in January.

JOLIET, IL - Joliet Police arrested a 46-year-old Shorewood woman at the St. Joseph's Medical Center this past weekend after police say Jennifer Lynn Foschi began kicking one of the nurses as the nurse was trying to wake her up from her bed. Joliet Police subsequently transported Foschi to the Will County Jail. She has been charged with the crime of aggravated battery.
Joliet Police say the incident unfolded on Saturday morning, April 13, at St. Joe's. Police say they were called in reference to one of the nurses "who was battered by a patient."
"Officers were able to determine that the nurse walked into the room that Foschi was in to wake her up as she was getting released. Foschi then woke up and proceeded to swing her arms and kicking her feet striking the nurse. The nurse had to grab Foschi’s feet to prevent her from kicking her any further," police reports show.
