Spay Illinois will be offering low-cost spay and neuter surgery for cats and dog owners who reside in Will county. Beginning June 1st, female dogs can be spayed for only $50 and male dogs can be neutered for only $35. Prices increase slightly based on weight above 50 pounds. All female cat spays will be $15 and male cats can be neutered for only $5. This offer begins February 1st, 2015 and lasts the entire month.
