Spring Break in Shorewood
You don't have to head south to have a great Spring Break

Spending spring break in town this year? No need to sit at home. Shorewood has lots of entertainment lined up for your enjoyment.
Louie’s Chophouse has a standing date with entertainer Peter Oprisko. Peter, looking debonair in his tuxedo, performs March 31 and every Thursday night (unless he is on tour) from 7:30 to 10:30. He specializes in Frank Sinatra songs along with tunes originally recorded by Dean Martin, Tony Bennett, and others from the night club era.
Friday, March 25, Jack and Jill will perform songs from the '80s, '90s and today from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. The band Sundance promises “jazz, dancing and great music” on Saturday, March 26, from 8 p.m. to midnight.

Peter Oprisko will be back on Thursday, March 31. The Next Level, three Rico Suave guys, performs on Friday, April 1, from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Sundance will be back on Saturday from 8 p.m. to midnight. Like karaoke? The Crowd Around Me has Karaoke Night each Wednesday from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. They have a DJ on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. Occasionally, they will have live music, so check back. Share your talent at Bedrocks and The Cave on Wednesdays for open mic from 9 or 10 p.m. until about 1 a.m. They have karaoke on Thursday nights about the same time. Dub Currents performs on Friday, March 25, again about the same time. 700 W. Jefferson, Ste 700, (815) 744-8408.
