Tapas Style Dining (LLC 4750)
Learn how to cook using the Spanish method of dining, Tapas. In this hands-on course we will work with several recipes varying in tastes and flavors. Course will be held in the Kitchen Lab at Plainfield Sough High School. Registration is through Joliet Junior College.Tuesday, May 13, 6-9 p.m.
