The Timbers of the South Pole

Doug Dvorak will present a travelogue on Antarctica at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, at The Timbers of Shorewood, 1100 N. River Road.

Dvorak’s presentation will take attendees down to the icy continent of Antarctica where he will provide a photo essay and narrative.

Dvorak is a professional humorous speaker, and he hosts motivational presentations, seminars and workshops for numerous Fortune 1,000 companies, small businesses, civic organizations, and individual investors and entrepreneurs.

He holds a bachelor of arts degree in business administration and a master of business administration in marketing management. Dvorak has a great sense of humor; he is a graduate of the Player’s Workshop of the Second City, one of the oldest and most prestigious improvisational comedy schools in the world.
