Timbers' Annual Halloween Haunted House Starts Friday
All children are invited to come in costume to the Timbers' 9th annual Halloween Haunted House from 5–10 p.m. Oct. 23, and 24.

All children in the community are invited to come in costume to the Timbers’ 9th annual Halloween Haunted House from 5–10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, and Saturday, Oct. 24. The scary haunted house will be located in the lower level at The Timbers of Shorewood, 1100 N. River Road, Shorewood.
With the assistance of the Kiwanis Club of Shorewood, the staff at The Timbers will transform its ballroom into a frightening maze filled with ghastly creatures including skeletons, mummies, zombies and reapers.
“Our Spook House is so much fun, and each year it gets more creepy and spine-chilling – on purpose, of course,” said Faith Varga, executive director at The Timbers.

Fun with games and crafts will take place, and refreshments will be served. Game Room hours are 5-8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23 and 1 – 3 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24.
The Timbers of Shorewood is a rental retirement community which provides independent and assisted living apartments as well as a full schedule of activities and services. Furnished apartments are also available for a short-term stay – a weekend, a week, a month or longer.
