Timbers of Shorewood Christmas Party on Saturday

Santa Claus will listen to children’s wishes and pose for photos at the 14th Annual Timbers’ holiday event, “Santa and the Timbers’ Elves,” from 1 – 4 p.m. Saturday, December 16, at The Timbers of Shorewood, 1100 N. River Rd. This fun event is free and open to the public.

“Santa and the Timber’s Elves” has become a favorite holiday festival for the community. It is planned for families and includes two caricature artists, treats, surprises and animals galore. There will be draft horses for hay rides, a petting zoo filled with lots of small animals - goats, chickens, sheep, etc. In addition, there will be live reindeer.

Beverages, popcorn, cookies and other refreshments will be served, and children’s games will take place.

Residents of Shorewood and the surrounding communities volunteer their time to ensure the event is successful.
