Troy 30-C department celebrates Thanksgiving with turkey, pie giveaway

Troy School District 30-C Facilities and Operations staff Manny Velasquez-Rios, Director Ben Hettel, and Kerry Rivecco helped with this year’s Thanksgiving giveaway of two turkeys and several pumpkin and apple pies to the department’s staff. School funds were not used to purchase the giveaways.

"I am extremely thankful to serve this amazing group of individuals,” Hettel said, “who provide the students and staff of Troy with clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities every day. These pies and turkeys are a fun way to express my gratitude for our team.”
