Voytek plays the Flugelhorn at the Timbers
Playing the trumpet, flugelhorn, drums and guitar, Voytek Falendysz graces the stage in this free concert open to the public at the Timbers.
Playing the trumpet, flugelhorn, drums and guitar, Voytek Falendysz will grace the stage at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 16, at The Timbers of Shorewood, 1100 N. River Road, Shorewood.
“Voytek,” which is his stage name, has an exciting and influential vocal style that complements his instrumental abilities. Graduated from Millikin University in Decatur with a degree in commercial music, Voytek has played all over the world including Germany, New York, Switzerland, Washington DC, and the Dominican Republic.
The Timbers of Shorewood is a rental retirement community which provides independent and assisted living apartments as well as a full schedule of activities and services. Furnished apartments are also available for a short-term stay - a weekend, a week, a month or longer.
