Will County Center for Community Concerns is Moving
Office will be in its new location by Sept. 29.

Will County Center for Community Concerns last week announced that it will relocate its Joliet office, moving from its current location on Scott Street to 2455 Glenwood Ave.
The organization will offer services at the new location on Monday, Sept. 29.
In order to ensure a smooth transition, the center will not be accepting applications at its Joliet offices on Sept. 25 or 26.

The move to a larger building will allow the agency to continue to grow and expand its services to meet the increasing needs of the community, the center said in a press release.
“ The new address is easily accessible from all areas of Will County, located 3 miles from the intersection of I-55 & Jefferson Street as well as from I-80 & Larkin Avenue. Private off-street parking is available for our customers, and we are on a Pace bus route for those who use public transportation. We will also continue to provide services at outreach sites around the county,” the release said.

The center’s mission “is to assist and enable low and moderate income individuals to obtain the opportunities needed to prepare themselves for self-sufficiency,” according to its website.
